Handheld and Clicker usability

June 07, 2005 in VideoGames

Serco is a company that does usability testing, they have two interesting documents about controllers usability:

  1. Playing away: design lessons for handheld gaming
  2. It’s All In Hand: Design Lessons For Creating Usable Remote Controls

The two documents are simple but insightful. Even though the method to gather these guidelines is not explicited, they seem relevant.
